This image was a bit too small to include the text on the image itself without screwing with the resolution to enlarge it, so I'll be editing it into this comment here soon. Bright side is I now have no reason not to elaborate on the story a bit because why not.

"You're sure this is how the recipe said to make it?" Freya asked, frowning down at the multi-colored potion in the bottle before her. Her red eyes narrowing as she looked back to the recipe used to create it

"Yeah, I think so" Lena replied "you're the one with the book you tell me."

Freya scanned through the recipe again, they had been working to brew a potent love potion to win over their respective crushes, they'd swiped the recipe book and materials from a local alchemist, and worked tirelessly to create it, but neither of them was sure exactly what the end result was supposed to look like

"Ah! there's a page missing from the book!" Freya exclaimed "no wonder it looks weird!"

"Ugh, seriously? Any idea what might've been on the page? The recipe looked pretty complete to me" Lena groaned, shaking her head in exasperation and causing her long purple locks to shake.

"I don't know, maybe instructions on how to use it or something?" Freya asked "I kinda figured we'd just slip it into a drink but maybe there's more to it."

"Dangit, and after all that trouble all we have is some pretty looking water in a bottle that makes the room smell nice... hey did it smell nice earlier?" Lena asked

"No..." Freya began to respond, but she was distracted by the potion beginning to glow

"Now that's more like it, that looks done to me, and the smell is getting stronger so maybe that means its ready" Lena said, reaching out for the bottle, then pausing as she stared at the glowing fluid

"Maybe... it's a pretty glow though" Freya murmured as she began to stare as well, she clutched her hands by her chest as she felt her heart beginning to race. "Smells... really nice too"

The two elf women stared at the potion and slowly inhaled the fumes escaping from the uncorked bottle, unaware that the missing page had contained the crucial step of sealing the bottle before the ingredients fully mixed, lest the brewer become the victim. The hypnotic glow of the potion drew them deeper, instilling in their minds the irresistible command to fall for the next person they saw, while the aroma of the potion built up their arousal, bringing a blush to the cheeks of both women.

After what seemed like hours, the glow finally faded, its job complete, and the two women were free to look around, their reprogrammed minds seeking out the new object of their unconditional and absolute devotion and love. Immediately they saw each other and their blush deepened.

"I-I think the potion worked..." Lena said nervously, her hands already reaching out towards her new love "but not on who we planned"

"I think you're right but... I don't think I care..." Freya replied, wrapping her arms around her friend and pulling her close "we wanted to find love, now we have it."

The two gazed into each others eyes, then closed them and kissed, completing the spell and locking them into a life of mindless love and devotion to each other, and they'd never been happier

I tend to do the adorable/cute type of story, it's kinda becoming a theme with me, which is fine by me because the hub can always use more of that kind of content
