Take your Pick:

Original Trilogy:
Nanoha: Typical Magicla Girl shwo until episode 6 or so... then enjoy the SCI FI Mecha Mahou Shoujo. You can watch the movie instead.
Nanoha A's: Full Sci FI Mecha Mahou Shoujo, for many the best of the original trilogy (I prefer StrikerS). You can watch the movie instead, but the show has things that the movie doesn't.
This season got Nanoha A'S suplementary manga.
Nanoha StrikerS: SCI Mecha Gundam Political Mahou Shoujo World, the first half is slow paced and a lot of people don't like that, but you will be rewarded with the second half.
This season got a Nanoha StrikerS suplementary manga.

Movies:
Nanoha 1st: Retelling season 1, but much more spectacular. This movie got a suplementary manga.
Nanoha 2nd: Retelling season 2

Both films are recomended.

Nanoha Reflextion /Detonation: Still unreleased.

Recommendation: Watch the first movie, then you can decide to follow the franchise.
