Meet Kitty Senpai! Kitty isn't just your ordinary Japanese teen with a catgirl motif . . . She's the REAL deal! She's a supernatural humanoid-cat hybrid with the ability to turn whoever she wants into her hypnotized catpeople followers just by staring at them (Causing them to grow cat ears, whiskers, even a tail!), as they're brainwashed to act like cats, walking on all fours, even talking their own special "Cat Language." When under her control, Kitty's catpeople love and adore her and obey her every command (Hence, her last name being "Senpai").

When Kitty Senpai comes to Gravity Falls, she's instantly star-struck as soon as she lays her eyes on Robbie. Having a major thing for badboys, Kitty can't resist the opportunity to make a romantic impression on Gravity Falls's #1 badboy. After numerous attempts to get his attention, Robbie brushes off Kitty's constant affection for him nonchalantly. Soon, when Robbie's girlfriend, Tambry, shows up, Kitty's heart is broken to see her senpai with another girl. In a desperate attempt to get his attention, she exclaims, "NOTICE ME, SENPAAAIIIII!!!" As the two walk away from her, Tambry is confused by the girl in cat ears yelling at them, but Robbie shrugs it off nonchalantly, once again. Now enraged by Robbie's rejection, Kitty swears that she'll make Robbie her boyfriend!

Later, Kitty Senpai uses her hypnotizing powers to turn Tambry and all the girls in Gravity Falls into catgirls in order to prevent them from becoming potential love interests of her senpai, Robbie, including Wendy and Mabel! Now it's up to Dipper and Robbie to put a stop to Kitty Senpai and her Fiendish Feline Agenda!

yeah, she's definitely the sort to make her own cat ears to join in on the fun, and then she eventually realizes that the others are being too 'catty' to be playing a game
