To anyone who's seeing this, I was trying to tag the glaceon as a cyborg, but it auto tagged it as that one character from Teen Titans, it also ended up typing certain tag commands wrong, if an admin's reading this, could you restore this so I can fix it?

You don't need to add tags unless they don't exist on the site. Just try typing it in first, and if it doesn't come up, then try adding it (if it's a character or artist or copyright). If it's a specific regular tag though (such as cyborg), don't add it. Just cause we try to not flood the Hub with too many misc tags.

It's all good. I'm trying to make sure I don't miss anything in my comment in terms of general tagging guidelines, so please don't take it like you did a lot of stuff wrong. It's a learning process that of course takes some time to get the hang of.
