Multiple manips with the same source image can exist, it's not a problem.

It does feel a bit weird, especially considering the fact that Swampet30 used basically the same "format" as LOlivia; same background color, same text color, same aspect ratio, etc.

Frankly, I'm just disappointed that neither of them used the proper resolution image. Including the text on the right, the manip's resolution should be approximately 1728x763 (the original image is 1000x763, and the aspect ratio of the manip is ~2.264:1).

I can change some of the colours if it's an issue, but I didn't figure it was taboo to make multiple manips of the same images

There's nothing inherently wrong with it, I just don't thing we've ever had a case of 2 fairly similar manips of the same image being posted so close to one another. It's not wrong, just odd.
