Can someone at least explain to me what jpeg artifacting means and why I get all my stuff removed? should I just give up on posting or what is the problem.

Assuming this is a straight reupload. If your images are getting taken down, instead of reuploading and demanding an explanation in the comments, go to the forums and ask.

This isn't a straight re upload. It seems to be an issue with size or something, so I scale it down before re uploading. Eventually it sticks, but as I dont know what artifacting is/looks like I cant check before hand.
