I know that this is probably a stupid question, but if I obtained this picture from a Discord server and can't locate a source, should I just list the game's main artist?

Have you tried using reverse image search tools to find it?

Did a bit of digging. The art was done by Nurumi and was originally posted on their Twitter account, but has since been deleted. While it isn't on their Pixiv account, here's a link to it www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=21835548

I Google-Searched "medusa granblue butt", but (butt?) to no avail.
