You obviously don't know who the characters are then
Kiara is the franchise definition of corrupting influence next to its other big bad, the source even labels this as a corruption of the character.
The character being corrupted/controlled is Artoria (in her Lancer class form) from Fate Grand Order which is part of the larger Fate universe of characters. Kiara (a demon beast and the definition of death by Snu Snu) as TheGoodShank said is the corrupting controlling influence. Pic itself looks like a combination of the two characters but given the heart eyes believe it is going for Artoria being corrupted into a being like Kiara.

Thank you for explanation, everyone. I know about Fate and characters in it, there was no need to get so detailed and boring about describing the situation.
There's just a trend among artists on Twitter now of drawing one character in clothes of other, based on who they get by going into "my room" section of FGO. And since my knowledge of Japanese is no good, I couldn't realize artist initially means this Artoria is not only cosplaying Kiara, but being corrupted.
