When Nana was 15 she was the most popular pop idol in Japan. But as she got older her passion for singing faded. She moved on, went to school, met someone special, and started a life. Now a thirty two year old mother and her wife her priorities are with her family.
But someone hadn't moved on. After Nana left the stardom behind her manager could never find anyone with the kind of talent Nana had. Her passion and youthfulness was one of a kind. After years of failed pop idols he realized what he needed. He needed Nana.
But Nana had no interest in returning to the spotlight. She had a husband and a six year old daughter to take care of. She couldn't just leave them to chase after fame she achieved as a teenager. She was too old for that stuff, she said.
The manager, however, was desperate. He was not going to give up. Not with his reputation on such thin ice.
A few days later Nana was walking down the road with her daughter after picking her up from school. Everything seemed normal. A warm, sunny, normal day. They were standing at the crosswalk waiting for the signal to cross. Suddenly a van pulled up next to them. It's doors opened. Whoever was inside grabbed Nana and threw her into the van. It's doors closed and it sped off. She heard her daughter call to her before the chloroform put her to sleep.
When she woke up her head felt heavy. She couldn't move her arms or legs. She was in a small room and tied to a chair. She noticed she was wearing a maid costume like she used to wear when she was younger. The manager stepped out of the door. He said it was nice to see her again. He assured her that her daughter was safe and that he only wanted to talk to her. He wanted her to become a pop idol again.
She refused to hear any of it. She gave that up a long time ago. She's a different person now. The manager disagreed. He knew told her she was still a pop idol at heart, she just needed a little help. He pulled a silver watch from his pocket. He swayed it in front of her, back and forth. He told her to watch it. She refused at first, but soon found herself looking at the watch. Her eyes became fixed on it. Back and forth. The manager repeated this over and over. She felt calm and relaxed, like all her worries melted away. His words echoed in her mind as clearly as her own thoughts. He told her to remember who she was. Her true self. She didn't know what he meant at first, but soon she heard it.
Music. Very familiar music. Where had she heard this music before? It grew louder and louder. Then the sound of a roaring crowd rose along with it. Echoing all around her as the silhouettes of thousands of people formed in front of her.
The she remembered. The music, the cheering fans, the adrenaline of being on stage. She was a singer. A star. A pop idol.
She was an eager young girl about to perform in front of thousands of people. Everyone cheering her name. And as she stepped up to the microphone, the words left her mouth before she even realized it. She knew them all by heart. As naturally as her own name. Each word immersed her in the world she had left behind.
But she didn't leave it behind. The voiced assured her this was always who she was. She was still an eager 15 year old girl who loved music and dancing and wearing pretty dresses. She didn't need anything else.
She believed him. She promised to never give up on her dream and to follow him wherever he led. And as the song came to an end she became engulfed in light, and the voice told her to be ready for the next part of her journey.
She stood behind the curtain waiting for the announcer to finish. She didn't like it when the announcers would go on for too long. The fans started cheering as her name was spoken. She was getting anxious. Her first show with her brand new look. She couldn't wait to see all of their adoring faces. She brushed her skirt off, fixed her hair, and let out a breath as the curtain rose.
The crowd was roaring with excitement. Her heart was soaring with anticipation. She welcomed them all to her show. Soon the music started playing and she began to dance and sing as flawlessly as she did all those years ago.
The manager looked to her from the sidelines. He was happy to have his star back in his employ. But this time things would be different. She would be the perfect instrument for his business. Loyal and obedient to him and only him. He clutched the silver watch in his pocket and smiled. It was time to enjoy the show.

Man that is a great story.

i made this request myself, the general idea was that a random girl was being recruited to be an idol, she rejected that and then was hypnotized to be one (i had planned that for nana). But the artist questioned me what was the point because the real original idea was she was hypnotized to be an idol who is eternally 17 but because she was already an idol so it was kinda redundant and with the forever 17 gag that is nana's gag in the game she thought it sounded as if she was some mature wife or something like that. So after thinking about it i told her i wanted her to be as i mentioned before, she was being recruited and her carrier started like that. That's why she literally drew the producer kidnapping a housewife, hypnotized her to believe she was 17 and then turned her into an idol.

...does that guy have a capital D for a head?
That's actually a capital P. Meaning "Producer".
