Use Artist:username the next time, so his/her tag ends up as a Artist tag.

Please don't use non-English letters in tags. It makes them very difficult to search for. Using artist_request is fine if you don't know how to romanize an artist's name.
I only followed the rule that states that if the image belongs to someone who isn't you, and you only eddied it / added caption, than you must link to original and add the author's tag.
