I've learnt a little bit from my Palu gif. This time around, Zelda's hypnotised and she's not having a stroke dance or a mouth seizure whilst doing it. Everyone's a winner!

I'd be interested in learning where you got the assets like the spiral eyes and the models, and what program you used to make these--I'd like to dabble in it myself. If that's posted somewhere and I missed it, sorry :D

Spiral eyes were simply editing the normal eye texture and adding a spiral on top of it and making her eyes spin. The models I simply find around by searching "(Model name) XPS/MMD model". I use Blender to make these, but it doesn't initially support XPS/MMD models so I had to install an addon to do so. Hope this helps!
