well, i'm pretty sure 3 is, if not 4 as well, strictly fanon... tentabulges are a very popular headcanon but i'm decently certain we never get canon confirmation of the troll genital situation. which is why the language is so vague in-comic, and why there's quite a lot of different interpretations on what their junk looks like.

By this point we have good reason to believe they're hermaphroditic, but yeah tentabulges are fanon, as well as that thing about fellatio being taboo.
