I feel like an "attempted_hypnosis" tag would suffice for stuff like this. I feel like content that's very obviously hypnosis-based should be allowed to stay up, regardless of whether or not the hypnosis is successful.

It's not technically hypnosis/mind control, but then again, it is kind of refreshing to see hypnosis not working. It's quite uncommon to see these on Hypnohub.

Amy is blatantly trying to hypnotize Rouge. We allow failed attempts at hypnosis here, as long as they're clearly attempts at hypnosis.
