Sakura request, I tried my hand at a Kaa-like effect (fuck that btw, you people who do it flawlessly are heroes), tell me what you think!
I stopped watching Naruto at uhhhhh Zabusa? There must be at least one mind control jutsu right? The sharingan can hypnotised people and the rinnegan can also do that but on a large scale, a character called Ino can use mind transfer jutsu which allows her to possess people and they don’t realise they been possessed besides one moment in the anime that’s it, also there are puppeteers that use puppets as weapons by using string made out off very thin chakra this can be also use to control people’s body’s (not minds though), also one more thing I can think off is that one of the bad guys stays young forever by stealing someone’s body. Btw I really like your work keep it up :D

And yea, there was one *major* mind control ability... which led to the longest run of filler in the Shippudden arc. In the manga: jutsu led to looking up to the moon for those moments of the jutsu releasing to get stuck in a dream they couldn't escape, we got a page of seeing the effects and how the villain responded, and manga moved on. In the anime, we got at least one episode per support character and seeing the dream they were stuck in, with a quick reminder snapshot at the beginning to be like "This person is under the effect of that jutsu, and today we're looking inside their head!" It was kinda hot, if ya ignored the whole "filler sucks" thing that made the Naruto anime continue on like a zombie husk of its origin.
That said, Striker134 covered all the major times in the anime/manga quite well. In addition, I think Pain had some control ability or similar with those black bars of his?

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. Is it the tongue? 'Cause that's more of a personal preference of mine. Or is it too teethy maybe? I can see that.

Pains rods control the dead pains but tobi/obito black rods control the dead tailed beast hosts, of the rod goes into a living person if I remember correctly it’s stops them from moving and drains their chakra, but yea I’m a big naruto fan XD so I know most of the jutsu’s not all by name but I know what most of them do. And I still the remember the filler that last about just over half a year wow that was annoying I don’t mind filler but that was too much
