I'm still waiting for the Switch release of Dragon Quest XI, but what I've seen happens with Jade at a certain point probably might rank up to one of the hottest (if not the hottest) mind control scenarios in a video game for me. Definitely have more fingers crossed for plenty of fanart.

I need to save up towards this game. Got Spider-Man over DQ11, but hopefully I'll have it before Christmas. Otherwise I'll just get it on Christmas.

So it's less a scene more a scenario. Putting it behind Spoilers cuz reasons.
The gist of it is that after Mordegon takes over the world and splits up the party, one of his Generals kidnaps Jade and transforms her, along with every other citizen of Octogonia, into a demon. Jade's demon form is herself with grey skin and red/yellow eyes, in the bunny suit. When you meet her she's fawning over Boogie, the demon who transformed her, and says that her mind, soul and (with emphasis) body belongs to him.

Well actually
Don't know if you're there yet but Veronica was the one who separated the team. As for Jade she's not kidnapped, you run into a guy on the way who said they just passed Jade a few moments ago. Jade went to stop him, and failed against him. So her brainwashing lasted only a few moments. She admits to travelling the world most of the time until getting there. So depending on how long you sleep until you beat Booga. Her brainwashing could last from a few hours or so up to however long you want to sleep to pass the days and which party members you collect first. Personally I went and rescued Jade ASAP.
Edit:Also for those who like it when the girls put up a fight and aren't brainwashed right away. Booga implies that without his Orb Jade would never have been brainwashed and even with his Orb it was tough to break Jade.
