So how do you get two pearls in one shot? I got every girl up to tier 200+, including the one I first summoned, but that's still apparently not enough.

Getting your girls to tier 223 would do it (and every 100,000 WP you happen to have at the time would count a another tier for one of the girls).

Yeah, when they added the new filters they made it the default to make adult games hidden, so you have to manually allow them.
