Another student destined not to graduate from UA. Ochaco is not just treading water before she inevitably ditches UA (having no interest in being a hero of any sort), but out of a low cunning seemingly at odds with her dimwitted nature. She comes across as little more than a vacuous punk bitch, and a born slut. Sexually generous and, other than spreading a few rashes, she is considered somewhat harmless. This is not the case.

Possessor of a weak quirk that allows her to slightly levitate her own body, or to cause as many objects as she can keep track of to hover. This number has not yet risen above one, and the objects must be small and distinctive for Ochaco to maintain focus. She contributes little to nothing in classes.

She has many acquaintances; female delinquents like her, and rougher edged boys and men. None can be described as real friends, as she doesn't appear to like anybody but herself. She is also incapable of holding conversations not centred around her punk lifestyle, finding them boring and complicated. She is known to fabricate stories she shares with other girls in the hopes that they'll reveal their secrets to her. This really only works on the other punk girls she knows, as she is transparent and clumsy in her efforts, betraying her deeply stupid nature.

Using her self-described most valuable asset, Ochaco set on a path of seducing and sleeping with as many students and teachers of UA as possible. Her aggressive sexual behaviour has led to her being dubbed "Cherry Popper", as there isn't a single virgin left at UA.

But boys seduced by Ocacho were in for a surprise when they hoped for a repeat session: She wasn't interested. Not unless there was something in it for her. Money, favours, cigarettes, alcohol, and looking the other way when she broke the rules were her usual demands. Some boys she had deflowered became infatuated with her, and she milked them for whatever she could get. Others, with girlfriends or family reputations to uphold, found themselves being tacitly blackmailed. Her behaviour has not gone unnoticed by the faculty. It's a coinflip whether she'll leave UA on her own of be expelled first.

After that, a life of prostitution, partying, and blackmail await Ochaco Uraraka.
