Jungle Book got cut from one game and at this point they haven't confirmed that many worlds for 3, so one can hope. I mean, can you imagine how the hub would react to a Kaa encounter in 3?

Personally, I figure they probably don't have the rights to do it, and don't want to go through the Tarzan event all over again.
