催眠 stand for hypnosis and 洗脳 stand for brainwash.
The title of the picture is "Brainwash fireworks" and have a description about a hypnotic program.
A picture without empty eyes doesn't mean no hypnosis if the artist says this is hypnosis, those are big words. Stop to flag without check the source.
If the artist says explicitly that this is hypnosis,what right you have to contradict him? He knows more than you about his own work.
It's as if the artist did a drawing called "best friends", but you interpret it as Yuri. If the artist draw them as friends, they are friends there.
