From Sabrina the Animated Series, episode 'Saturday Night Furor'. A magical trance from Aunt Hilda puts these ladies to sleep, and makes them forget being under another magic spell, which made them fall in love with Sabrina's Uncle Quigley.

Considering it's a show about witches, there aren't nearly enough hypnotic spells used on people. There's a nice bit where Hilda is in a trance, but it's not obviously hypnosis so I can't really gif it.

I remember there being a scene where Sabrina tried to erase this one girls memory but failed
still her eyes was a nice trance shot though even though it failed.

Yeah, not enough hypno in there, even less hot hypno.

But as someone here has an uncanny knack of digging out this kind of stuff right now...
There is an episode in this series where Sabrina, blinded by her arch nemesis' wealth, casts a spell that exchange their fates. As she becomes rich Jen becomes a witch. And as you would expect she abuses her powers, later leading to her demise and the spell broken. There are a few good scenes where Jen shows up with a hypnotized Harvey (or whatever his name was). While an induction isn't really shown, the rest like dommy attire, hypno eyes, foot kissing, obedient "yes mistress" voice and so on is all there.
