I don't think there's a scene, the plot of this game is that everyone was trapped in this pokepark and was kept to play the minigames over and over again forever, never even thought of escaping.

You would have to look up a gameplay where they arrive to the second attraction. There is also a Buneary and a Vaporeon in the level as well.
