Hypno is the Pokemon equivalent of Kaa. Despite knowing there are other options, everyone goes for the low hanging fruit.

Hypno makes for the best faceless male analogue for pokemon, and also the only hypnosis using pokemon that's been known to prey on humans specifically. HENTAI artists use him because he's effective, and using any other pokemon would just be pointless.
