Cobra wants the two former UA students to demonstrate what utter degenerates they are.
Even if she's become a thuggish halfwit, Cobra seems to have succeeded more in being a mentor than her former self ever did. The villain duo called the Vipers, once girls named Momo Yaoyorozu and Itsuka Kendo take to the instructions like ducks to water. They happily debase and demean themselves, acting as fucktoys for the gang of thugs and criminals in which they find themselves members.
Itsuka, under her new name Anna, cackled with delight when Cobra outlined the three "S"s. Slow witted as she now was, even she realised that Snakebite and she already fit their teacher's instructions to a tee.
"Stupid?!" Anna's pale features crinkled unpleasantly, "we're thicker den pigshit!" Snakebite agreed, the former genius boasting "I'm a total fuckin' retard!" She wasn't inaccurate. "And slutty? In this setting, an unknown villain is using his quirk to transform various heroines into vicious, selfish, slutty punks. Unfortunately for the victims, the quirk seems to have affected the memories of everyone around them too, and its transformation properties are permanent.
Momo and Itsuka find that rebelling against a society that hoped to put them on the highest pedestal involves a complete abandoning of self-respect and decency. They're cool with it.
