So the artist made a version with text and then also a blank template. He did this for all of the RWBY girls he drew like this.

Also, Neo doesn't actually speak in RWBY [not counting RWBY Chibi - and even then her signs have text on them], so that just points towards the solution of it being a gag rather than a template.


Just a comment of my own, though, I'm having a bit of trouble seeing the Hypno aspect of all these pictures. Don't get me wrong, they're hot, but... :thinking:
