I actually really like this idea. A sexy belly dancer using movements and a navel jewel as a focal point to hypnotize. I know that's not exactly what's happening here, as the jewel appears to be magical, but still. Great idea.

The characters are Hipnotique and Pharaoh-Moan.

-Hipnotique has a literally hypnotic belly dance, due to that belly button gem she has.
-Pharaoh-Moan can control sand and can give sand or powder the ability to make people lustful.

They're part of the4thsnake's hero universe, something I help him to create. (plenty of hypnotists in it)
