Comissioned from one of the Hub's premier 3D modelists, Seamless.

For a while, I thought about the pulsating pattern on Tracer's chronal accelerator and thought, "How has no one thought to use that as a medium for hypnotism?" With Seamless' help, I put it to the proof.

As for why Widowmaker is on the receiving end? It didn't really matter who and I thought some role reversal for these two might be nice.
