Yes. It should be the first one you see, labeled "2B.png". If it's not there, click on the 2019 folder.

Im pretty sure this is based off of a recolor of 2B in Soulcalibur 6. I have seen one on Twitter of her as a clown and the patterns check out down to the rainbow gradient on her thighs.(I play too much Soulcalibur)
