Alright this is the longest animation yet (the duration is shorter than the last D.Va one but that one was artificially stretched out to improve readability) and the most... I'll say ambitious. Was both fun to animate and also kinda... not daunting but intimidating?

Moving onto the how-this-came-to-be section like always (not sure who reads this).

You might notice Mercy is a bit different here... The original plan was to use that skin over the Witch but it was difficult to use and I ran into issues using it. Also the plan was for nudity and this model had no nude features on it and a fully nude Mercy is somehting that has yet to be fully realized. There is one headhacked model but it is not up to my standards and crashed Blender upon importing -.-

My sleep schedule is fucked so a few times when I had an idea I'd animate it out and just kinda hope it fell in line... Which it typically did. I did not however really overcommit to an idea without getting approval first. This was unused but a rough animation of it exists somewhere on my hard drive.

Moving to the Witch Mercy model changed how I view Mercy. I personally hold their outfit in high regard. To me the outfit really says a lot about how they'd act. I view Witch Mercy as a bit more playful and a bit more seductive so the posture is notably different from the other skin used (like look at that original image above and compare the posture).

This resulted in a pretty okay response so I carried on and persevered into refining those.

I had to remove Mercy's front cloth thing (loincloth?) in the next version as it was a clipping nightmare and this model is a mishmash. Oh yeah did I forget? The Witch Mercy FOR Blender does not have a clothed mode, it's just tits out or get out. So I traced it's roots and found the original model it was made from which amazingly had a clothed version. So I ripped the armor and skin from that one off and painstakingly transferred it over to the Blender model. It 100% worked great from the start as you can see here: i.imgur.com/kSLNORp.png

With that resolved after about 9 hours I then moved on and sent over this for review: gfycat.com/HighEnviousAardwolf

That features a middle section that was planned to be included but the Blender file is... lost. Because IDK. I think I saved over it. Oh well it was just a freebie thrown in but it would've been nice to include.

Test "final" render to ensure things look okay when fully rendered out. I then modded the lighting to reduce noise and to be a bit less harsh: imgur.com/a/isv7m1p

Whew that wasn't expected. Anyway you piqued my interest in 3D animation long ago with you Lilith series and I still find your renders quite appealing. Cheers mate and I hope to see more from you.

The best the best the best the best the best

I'm a sucker for on model 3D overwatch hypnos, something about the character interaction just really strikes a chord, and the text just takes it to a whole new level. Take a bow, you've earnt it

It's amazing to see how far they've come and how competitive theyve gotten. Each new creator seems to start off humbly then keep working at it and end up raising the bar. Brings a tear to my eye and makes me that bit stiffer. Frank Jr salutes all your hard work.
