Every upload of the CG set that I've found has that. For what it's worth, there's nothing missing. The bottom transparent part is just not supposed to be there.

From what I figure, this is exactly what the images look like. They had that gray area at the bottom pasted on there when they were made, and the UI of the game was slapped on top. Seems silly, when you think about it. Of course, that's just speculation.

But yes, this is in every rip I've seen. One could go through the couple of hundred pics and manually fix them all, but...
