I agree with a minor bump: at either end of the swing, the string seems to extend a bit more. It isn't exactly bad, but I would either make it a shorter swing or a longer string (coin further down).

Chiming in on this, the pendulum is swinging unnaturally, the weight <<upload.wikimedia.org/wiki...-Oscillating_pendulum.gif|should constantly stretch the string, it wouldn't bend at all.>>

Smooth animation (regardless of the pendulum unnaturalness) and I love how the blush effect was done, a lot more care put to it for what it would look like, at least with someone that freckles a bit, than what you usually see. I'd personally prefer "swirling eyes" to appear less "cartoony," which I say knowing spiral eyes are always cartoony to some degree... but meh, personal preference, everyone will have a different opinion there, including people loving it and people hating all eye effects, so do as ya do (or you'll go crazy trying to please everyone... we've lost more good artists that way than anything else).

I know there is a lot of wonkiness with the pendulum but it's just a personal preference of mine that it has some curve in the string, not arguing that it's not broken because it is, I knew that before I uploaded it. But i feel like curving the string gives it more of a feeling that someone is holding it and swinging it as opposed to it being fixed in one location like your 3d example. Again a personal preference on my part.

In that case, you could have the origin point move back and forth, simulating a hand. As it stands I see it more as the swinger maybe overdoing the pull.
You do you, though. Turned out good either way.
