Reminder that Egyptians were similar in skin tone and genetics to Nubians, who are black, and that they were only Hellenized after about 300 BC, so while the ruling class of Egypt after that point was Greek, the common folk were still black.

And that Egypt had a habit of commonly mixing with other nearby areas, in just about all directions, introducing different racial influences to the populace during different periods in history. So really, average skintone in Egypt is uncertain, and very dependent on time periods.
