Its... hard to say. I mean the parent post sort of implies some sort of hypnosis but its just not super clear what the hypnosis did.

Judging by the dialogue and what happens in the first pic, Rin was forced to listen to some diaper training tapes to condition her into using her diapers whenever he captor wants her to. She's probably forgotten her potty training completely as well.
