I wonder realistically, how effective (if at all) using a VR headset would be to irl brainwash someone, I mean lets pretend i write a program that displays a combination of porn and written and audible commands, I strap someone down hook up an IV catheter and a diaper and then leave them there (obviously taking care of them but without unstrapping them or anything) for a month or several weeks, would they be more likely to be insane or would the program have a legitimate altering affect on them?
