Ok, if this is being done by an admin, I am slightly sorry, but this is getting out of control. What the heck does that flag even mean? What is "low effort" for an image on this site? If there is a specification other than "I don't like this and think that there is no effort to it" stated in the site's rules, please tell me. Otherwise, whoever is doing this is repeatedly coming off as an asshole. At least some people like these images that are being flagged and I want to think that at least SOME effort went into making and posting these images. Admin or not, who has the right to judge the effort someone puts into their work. If the person doing this IS actually an admin, I will offer some apology, but lately, the flagging is getting out of control. If there is a rule about "the amount of effort" that needs to be put into making and posting an image, please post it on here and show us.

Keep in mind this is a manip and not drawn hypnosis-themed art.

Also putting a spiral in the characters eyes and mask irregularities with light effects isn't THAT hard...

My guess is that whoever flagged this is probably peeved by the fact that the background is pure white.
Doesn't justify the flag though. This post is fine.

Then the admins/mods need to set up a list of what is considered low effort and post it in the rules section. Otherwise, people will be confuse by this vague statement.

So what? It's good quality, and effort was clearly put in. There's no reason to police the *amount* of effort put in as long as the quality is good - which it is.

This one should stay. Letting the rules be a little vague is fine, as long as the mods are also willing to let the community help decide on edge cases.

So let's see, the manip (1) changed the eyes without hurting anything outside of the eyes, it's perfectly selected/outlined, likely painstakingly within a couple pixels, (2) changed her expression without there being noticeable blemish in colors around, and (3) added light/color effects *just* to a very specific piece of the art so it looks like it fit. A manipulation that looks like its own thing... sooo, sure, "low effort," why not? >.>

This sort of thing gets flagged all the time for nonsensical reasons. People flag stuff for the most asinine reasons. Quality control is supposed to be for MS paint looking trash pictures, not "I don't like this pls remove"
