Quality Control Council. They review the flags.

They certainly don’t need to review this one, though, it’s pretty nice! What’s going on with the overzealous flagging lately?

Mods and QCC’s guidelines and whatnot are very foggy and somewhat hostile towards Manips so it’s easy for assholes who hate Manips to just flag everything that’s a manip as ‘qcc’ to get the council to look at it and perform mental gymnastics into banning it despite the fact that there’s little to no actual problems with the image. That or maybe this is all just a conspiracy and the mods are just being sneakier about wanting to discourage/ban Manips this time.

Honestly the only flags the i every see for legit reasons are anatomy/resolution/quality , and even then its sometime silly. Like i get not wanting the hub to be home to some of the shittier manips you'll see on the collective. Also why the hell is it always story manips the get targeted, while i very rarely see standalone basic manips untouched? (looking at all the dame spiral/blank eye FATE manips, so low effort but never deals with the QCC police)
