After accidentally inventing a device that blasted her with an energy similar to that of Spike the Devil Man's Devilmite Beam, Bulma's mind has been consumed by her innermost sinful desires rather than her body being destroyed by them. Her brilliant mind is now one of malice, greed and carnal lust. It did not take her long to adapt the device so that she can now use it in claiming power over the minds of whomever she desires, and now she has adapted her father's trademark invention capsules to house her rapidly growing collection of slaves.

As a true supervillain, Bulma needn't trouble herself with recruitment unless it was to her fancy. Watching her sexy slave Chichi take control of her sister was very much to her fancy it turned out. The mad scientist is in the building.

As is her super-genius nature. Plus, she's used to being able to carry around all her modern conveniences in her pocket, from her car to a temporary domicile, why not her sex toys too?

Still working on the fine details of the Capsule Girl process, but should be in this set next time.

Crazy part is Bulma (or rather I) hadn't planned on those lovely mammaries. Must be a side effect of the de-ageing process.
