Because I did another series of manips themed around this method of mind control (i.e. a guy with a glowing cock that seduces/enthralls women once they see it) years ago on the Hypnopics Collective. They are likely still on their archive site. I think a few of them got uploaded here as well. It's much earlier work, but apparently it was quite popular. I've gotten enough questions about/requests for it that I decided to reboot it.
