A: This model is actually an altered Kokoro from DoA (much like how the most prominent Samus model is an altered Sarah Bryant) and made for porn, which is useful. Let's use our imagination, shall we?

Also her Dissidia model got released while I was working on this and that annoys me a great deal.

It's looking good so far, though the mouth stretching could do with some improvement. Nice work.
