I can attest to this. If you don't sit on your manip after initially writing it OR run it through spellcheck, you're generally to aroused to focus enough to notice any errors. :P

As someone who tends to like to post their manips right after making them and who writes everything in notepad because MS Office exploded... yeah proofreading is hard.

That happens to me as well. I usually finish writing the text, then wait for a few hours/the next day to proofread what I typed.

I just spellcheck things as I write so I tend to catch most errors unless I'm going too fast. Things I release for others to see I always double-check to try and catch any errors I may have missed at first.
