From episode 12 of Soul Eater Not!. This is actually a composite of a shot that pans up so hopefully the quality came out okay and the seams don't show for anyone, I used a gradient mask instead of a sharp edge so it should look cohesive and it was captured at the highest resolution I could find. Hope ya like it.

it's a metaphoric image of how she's being controlled so idk if it's because I watched the Dub or if this is just the original intent to abstract her figure in the show, but all I did was screenshot and stitch together the image, no censoring from me.

Why do people still think dubs censor nudity? The only time nudity is censored from the original version is if you're watching the broadcast version that was edited for TV. Which, if you're watching it dubbed, chances are you're watching the unedited home version, unless you watched a simuldub, that is.

A Simuldub is a dub of a simulcasted show that is aired within a week or two of the original episode's airing. Funimation is the primary source of these dubs, and they generally pick a few shows to invest in. Notable simuldubs include, but are by no means limited to:
Boku no Hero Academia
Black Clover
Fire Force
Prison School
Fruits Basket

Because of the swift nature of these dubs, there is very little time to edit the content, and given the schedules of most anime productions, these simuldubs have similarly compressed voice acting schedules. There's a lot to the process, but I think this summarizes it well enough.
While Simuldubs is a term coined by Funimation, they are not the only platform that provides this sort of content- the most notable example is Netflix, who actually released episodes of Violet Evergarden weekly in non-US regions, alongside the japanese airdate, with all five dub languages available. But this all depends on the anime's production.
