Just a context for the drawing:

This was a drawing made for a gal who created such a wonderful AU, where Todoroki got hit by a quirk who turned him into a naga, with all the abilities that nagas possesses, and this means hypnosis.
Initially, he didn't know how to control his new hypnotic eyes (they started to flow with colors without his control!), but with little training, he managed to get control over it. And after having mesmerized his (boy)friend Izuku, he went for Bakugo himself~
Aaaand they here are ;3
Todoroki would eventually return to his normal aspect, but, in the meantime, he can always have fun with the blonde that acts so sassy and grumpy with him, by teaching him his place ;3
Also, the fact that Bakugo is wearing only boxers and that has his crotch twitching is just casual~ >w>

There is no problem, if you are on DeviantArt, because that's the site where I RP.
However, Ohiya is just a part of a great series of RPs, NOT centered on him. To send you those RPs would be pretty boring, I guess. Anyway, I have two RPs totally focused on Katsuki and Ohiya, so, if you are on DA, I'll find the way to send them to you
