If it (somehow) left the body alive and obedient to whoever did the decapitating? It'd probably be allowed and categorized as a form of body control.

the lines got blurred for hypnosis for a while now, and if we cut off anything that wasn't really true hypnosis content then it would leave maybe half this site's galleries. I'm not saying it's good. I'm pointing out that most of the "content" pushed into the galleries here are just fringe hypnosis at best
