In 'Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels', Taffy would often get these sparkles and spirals when she came up with a 'daffy Taffy' plan (which was usually once an episode). I've always loved the visual, although it's kinda sad that she never got hypnotised in the series. But then I thought, 'You know who *does* have sparkles when they hypnotise someone? The Ghost Clown from Scooby Doo!' And thus this gif was made.

Sigh. Its a shame this cartoon had three very sexy girls, yet never had any real proper hypno or DID scenes for them. :(
