Those issues are Yugioh Arc-V's fault, they were working with red numbers because of that show and its last arc xD, a lot of workers quits and they lost people in production due to the rage, chaos and stressful disaster around the development of Arc-V, it was a serious trainwreck xD. Even so, they did something nice with their budget.
