Swimsuit Jeanne already had a 'Thing' for being a big sister to Jeanne Alter and you.
During the event this year there were multiple casinos, you have to defeat their managers, and Jeanne runs one.
When you first encounter her it's an immediate one-sided defeat because she hits you, the Master, with her Onee-san Beam, brainwashing you into helping her instead of your own servants. Getting around it forms the basis of her chapter.
There's really not much else to it.

Despite having the perfect body and skillset for such things Mata Hari simply is not that popular of a character. So there really is not much art out there for the character to work with.
