Thanks for your comment. I suspect a lot of people share your opinion, but I really like verbal abuse, so hopefully those people who also like that sort of thing can enjoy it. I like gentler stuff too, so I will still be making more of those in the future.

Also transactions that big are put under a lot of scrutiny and someone giving all their assist to a single servant would set off a ton of red flags. this will just drag unwanted attention on herself

So the end, she arrested for abuse of weakness, falsification, sequestration, esclavage and things like this (ok, I don't know the right terms). The man is set free, stop porno comic and never let anybody try to hypnotize him. Not harsh, it's a smooth ending, but I don't think it was what you wanted to see....

Plenty of ways to imagine loopholes or handwaves for how it could happen. Honestly, I'd imagine the story is something more like an estate management contract including financials while the reader still "owns" the estate on paper, and a modified will so that she'll eventually own it without arousing legal suspicions.

Or it could even be a hypnotically enforced contract rather than a legal one... There's no law preventing the owner of an estate from managing it by letting his maid handle all of the affairs and running about like she owns the place, that's just a social expectation, not a legal one.
