Does the "consensual" tag that someone added really apply? Yes, she's consenting to what's about to happen, but that tag is for consensual mind control, and she didn't get the guy's permission to brainwash him.
The use of the "consensual" tag on this site is a bit of a holdover from when we had a pool of all mind-control where the end result is a happy ending for everyone including the mind-controlled person.
In this case, it might apply based on the fact that the mind-controlled person pretty much ends up better off in every way - he gets a new cow-girl, becomes aware of his secretary's romantic feelings, and nothing bad has been implanted in turn.
I guess a better/more appropriate tag would be "happy end".
