Sorry if the image is blurry I don't know how to fix that. But this is the same image but its not a gif.

CONTEXT: A man and his woman arrive at City 17. They both rent a apartment and stay there and it gets raided by metro cops. The metro police take the man into custody and turn him into this bald humanoid (transhuman).
