{Flaws: Duration (Instant)-1, Limited to Single Command (Act On Emotions)-1, Uncontrolled-1}

M&M 3rd Edition Build
[Rough Build as 3rd edition isn't as well known to me as 2nd, own it, just haven't commited it to memory, so it's a good thing I own the books XD]

New save at the end of each round when away from Eric, once at Controlled however it takes a Minute of being away from him to end the effect.
(Sorry no feats in 3rd to increase that duration)

These versions of his power would be more accurate builds based on how I use him in my artwork :3 Likely if I ever get invited to PLAY in a Mutants and Masterminds Hero High Campaign again. This character is Hilariously amusing to play, and from what I've been told play with when it comes to crazy wacky fun
