Sometime ago I read about an old comic based on the the "Legend of Zelda" cartoon from 1989 (I think it was published on Nintendo Power or something). In it, Link defeated Ganon and took the Triforce of Power, but with time it corrupted him, transforming him into a pig monster just like Ganon.

So I had this idea: what if it was Zelda who got corrupted? In this pic, the princess is warped by the Triforce of Power into a sultry wicked sorceress, the perfect bride for Ganon and the perfect queen for his dark dominion.

And she would never be Ganon's queen. Link's hatred of Ganon was too strong even corrupted. Hers was easily equal to that or greater. She'd be more likely to have dropped him into the bottomless pit first thing.
